We’re a team of veterans who recognize the unique skills and professionalism of our brothers and sisters in arms. VetChecked is a service company backed by the military principle of integrity. We are veterans helping veterans and our goal is to bring the honesty and integrity inherent in the military, into the spotlight. We effectively bring veteran talents to the forefront.

Every day we hear about the challenges our community faces and we’re actively implementing solutions. Due to the common practice of military relocations, we launched our FIRST specialty focused on Housing Services.

Identify the Challenge.

 

We researched the common challenges of relocating and identified ways to bridge the gap between property research/identification, to ground truth. Internalizing our own experiences, we readily admit the pitfalls of virtual house hunting. There is an inherent distrust when properties are geographically dislocated. VetChecked is uniquely positioned to reduce those stressors and offer real insight.  We are your eyes and ears on the ground!

 

Why Are We Different?

 

We serve our veterans through the PCS process by supporting realtors who specialize in military relocations.  Our partnership with realtors help to bridge the gap between what our veterans find online, and reality. Realtors are absolutely necessary (and a wise choice) when choosing to purchase or rent a home as a primary residence or an investment property. But, they can’t get to them all! That’s where we come in.  We are the extra boots on the ground, increasing the number of properties you see!  Tell us what your deal breakers are and we will dedicate additional time to that area. 

We provide the same honest perspective to veterans engaged in real estate investing as a wealth building strategy. Whether investing through a realtor or going it alone, we’re here to help!
